Account deletion

Request deletion of your Canonically account and associated data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@canonically.app from the email address associated with your Canonically account.
  2. Include your account email address and the phrase "Delete my account".
  3. We will confirm once the deletion has been completed. Typical processing time is within 30 days.

What will be deleted

  • Account profile information (email, display name)
  • Reading progress and learning data (vocabulary, cards)
  • App settings stored on our servers

Purchases and subscriptions are managed by the Google Play Billing system. You can manage subscriptions in Google Play.
