Account deletion
Request deletion of your Canonically account and associated data.
How to request deletion
- Email support@canonically.app from the email address associated with your Canonically account.
- Include your account email address and the phrase "Delete my account".
- We will confirm once the deletion has been completed. Typical processing time is within 30 days.
What will be deleted
- Account profile information (email, display name)
- Reading progress and learning data (vocabulary, cards)
- App settings stored on our servers
Purchases and subscriptions are managed by the Google Play Billing system. You can manage subscriptions in Google Play.
